¡Hoy tenemos un anuncio emocionante para compartir con ustedes!  Hoy estamos lanzando la versión en español de LeadingWithQuestions.com:  LideraConPreguntas.com   

Hoy tengo el privilegio de presentarles a mi nuevo colega Roberto Bendana.  

Roberto Bendana es psicólogo, coach ejecutivo y especialista en desarrollo de liderazgo con más de 15 años de experiencia ayudando a los líderes a prosperar.

Roberto tiene un historial interesante.

Llegó a este mundo mientras vivía en la Zona del Canal de Panamá y desde entonces ha trabajado y vivido en 5 países, habla inglés y español con fluidez, y tiene 3 nacionalidades. Su amor por la verdad le llevó al campo de la psicología para obtener una licenciatura y su pasión por ayudar a los líderes a prosperar le llevó al mundo del coaching ejecutivo profesional alineado con la Federación Internacional de Coaching, de la que es miembro activo.

Roberto y yo nos conocemos desde el año 2016.

En 2016 me puse en contacto con él cuando mi primer libro «Los grandes líderes hacen preguntas» se tradujo por primera vez al español. En ese momento Roberto estaba entrenando a líderes en Centroamérica donde vivía con su esposa y su primer hijo.  Desde el 2016 hemos seguido en contacto

Después de grabar ese episodio del podcast Roberto y yo continuamos la conversación.  Rápidamente se hizo evidente que teníamos el mismo ADN de «Liderar con preguntas».  También descubrimos que ambos somos «Seguidores de Cristo».  Pronto invité a Roberto a considerar no sólo el lanzamiento de un blog de «LeadingWithQuestions.com» en español – sino que Roberto también se convirtiera en el portavoz de «LeadingWithQuestions.com» para el mundo de habla hispana. (hay 21 países donde el español es el idioma oficial).  Roberto está disponible para dar charlas y también para facilitar Webinars de Zoom en cualquier lugar donde se hable español.  Puedes conectar con Roberto en robertobendanacoach@gmail.com

Desde el lanzamiento de LeadingWithQuestions.com, he tenido las ganas de compartir este mensaje con el mundo de habla hispana.  En respuesta a muchas peticiones, hice traducir mis tres primeros libros al español:

A los pocos días de su publicación, fueron descargados por líderes en los 21 países de habla hispana.  

Sin embargo, como sólo hablo/escribo en inglés, LeadingWithQuestions.com sólo estaba disponible en inglés.  Y sólo podía hablar o facilitar los webinars de Zoom de «Leading With Questions» para audiencias de habla inglesa.  

Ahora, gracias a Roberto, LideraConPreguntas.com está disponible para todo el mundo de habla hispana.  Además, Roberto es ahora el portavoz de  la marca de » LeadingWithQuestions.com» en español para todo el mundo de habla hispana.

Estoy muy emocionado de anunciar el lanzamiento del sitio web de LeadingWithQuestions.com en español – porque hasta este momento – aunque 3 de mis libros han sido traducidos al español y están disponibles como eBooks gratuitos y dos de ellos como audiolibros gratuitos – el Blog en sí sólo estaba disponible en inglés.     Ahora gracias a la asociación con Roberto hay un blog en español llamado:  LideraConPreguntas.com

Hola a todos mi nombre es Roberto Bendana.       

Es con gran placer y humildad que hoy me gustaría compartir la gran noticia de este proyecto conjunto con Bob Tiede. Hemos creado la versión en español  para poner el contenido del blog original en inglés “LeadingWithQuestions.com” a disposición de la audiencia de habla hispana en todo el mundo.  

Antes de continuar, permítanme hablarles un poco acerca de Bob Tiede.  

Bob es un gran ser humano. Bob Tiede es diligente, amable, respetuoso, honesto y un hombre de fé. Bob cree que un líder que hace preguntas suele ser de 3 a 10 veces más eficaz que un líder que dá órdenes. Con más de 15 años de experiencia trabajando con líderes, puedo atestar a la efectividad y veracidad de liderar con preguntas.

Al conocer a Bob a lo largo de los años, descubrí que el tiene gran estima por el  mundo de habla hispana.  Muchos líderes en países de habla hispana tienen poco acceso a recursos de calidad debido a la barrera del idioma.  Es importante señalar que la mayoría de los blogs gratuitos de alta calidad y sobre temas de desarrollo del liderazgo, están en inglés. Esperamos que éste proyecto ayude a cerrar esta brecha.

A lo largo del camino, Bob no sólo se ha convertido en un amigo, sino también en mi mentor y colega.

Today we have an exciting announcement to share with you!  Today we are launching the Spanish Version of LeadingWithQuestions.com:  LideraConPreguntas.com

It is my privilege today to introduce you to my new colleague:  Roberto Bendana.  

Roberto Bendana is a psychologist, executive coach, and leadership development specialist with over 15 years of experience helping leaders thrive.

Roberto has an interesting background.

He came into this world while living in the Panama Canal Zone and since has worked and lived in 5 countries, speaks English and Spanish fluently, and holds 3 nationalities. His love for truth led him to the field of psychology to obtain a bachelor’s and his passion for helping leaders thrive led him to the world of professional executive coaching aligned to the International Coaching Federation, of which he is an active member and advocate.

Roberto and I have known each other since the year 2016.

In 2016 I reached out to him when my first book “Great Leaders ASK Questions” was first translated to Spanish. At that time Roberto was coaching leaders in Central America where he lived with his wife and first child.  Since 2016 we have stayed in touch

After recording that podcast episode Roberto and I continued the conversation.  It quickly became obvious that we had the same “Leading With Questions” DNA!  We also discovered that we are both “Followers of Jesus!”  Soon I invited Roberto to consider not only launching a Spanish “LeadingWithQuestions” blog – but for Roberto to also become the “LeadingWithQuestions” spokesperson for the Spanish-speaking world. (there are 21 countries where Spanish is the official language).  Roberto is available for speaking engagements and also to facilitate Zoom Webinars wherever Spanish is spoken.  You can connect with Roberto @ robertobendanacoach@gmail.com

Since the launch of LeadingWithQuestions.com, I have had the heart to share this message with the Spanish-speaking world.  In response to many requests I had all 3 of my first books translated into Spanish:

Within days of their release, they were downloaded by Leaders in all 21 Spanish-speaking countries.  

Yet because I only speak/write English, LeadingWithQuestions.com was only available in English.  And I could only speak or facilitate “Leading With Questions” Zoom webinars for English-speaking audiences.  

Now thanks to Roberto – LideraConPreguntas.com is now available to the entire Spanish Speaking World.  And Roberto is now the Spanish Speaking “Leading With Questions” Spokesperson for the entire Spanish-speaking world.

I am very excited to announce the launch of the Spanish LeadingWithQuestions website – because up to this point – although 3 of my books have been translated to Spanish and are available as free eBooks and two of them as free audiobooks – the Blog itself was only available in English.     Now thanks to the partnership with Roberto there is a Spanish blog called:  LideraConPreguntas.com

Hello everyone my name is Roberto Bendana.        

It is with great pleasure and humility that today I would like to share the great news of this joint project with Bob Tiede. We have created the Spanish version to make the content of the original English language blog LeadingWithQuestions.com available to the Spanish-speaking audience worldwide.  

Before I continue, let me tell you about Bob Tiede.  

Bob is a great human being. Bob Tiede is diligent, kind, respectful, honest and a man of faith. Bob believes that a leader who asks questions is often 3 to 10 times more effective than a leader who tells. With more than 15 years of experience working with leaders, I can attest to the effectiveness and veracity of leading with questions.

As I have gotten to know Bob over the years, I have discovered that he has high regard for the Spanish-speaking world.  Many leaders in Spanish-speaking countries have little access to quality resources due to the language barrier.  It is important to note that most of the high-quality, free blogs on leadership development topics are in English. We hope this project will help bridge this gap.

Along the way, Bob has not only become a good friend, but he has also become my mentor and colleague.
